1) Minimum (4 -7 Yr.’s) of industry experience as application chef in Similar Industry / Hotel
2) Hard-core working experience in kitchen as well as international cuisines
3) Expertise in preparation of all international dishes especially in continental items.
4) In-depth knowledge about the present culinary trends and business opportunities
1) Responsible to develop & test new recipes in collaboration with food scientists.
2) Generate new business opportunities by the development of new recipes.
3) Responsible to answer all customer queries related product/recipe ( Domestic/International)
