Plant Lipids has invested heavily in setting up one of the world's most advanced laboratories among the Oleoresin factories of the world. Besides the normal checking of constituents, process control and quality assurance, it has products certified as "Kosher" and "Kosher for Passover". The R&D department has highly trained and experienced personnel at various levels.

They churn out products conforming to the demanding standards set by Plant Lipids. These personnel utilise regular in-house training facilities and also partake in training programs held in partnership with the Spice Board of India and other renowned agencies like CFTRI.
